- Buyers assume full responsibility for usage and application outcomes.

9. Distributor and Resale Terms
- Products must not be misrepresented or altered without authorization.
- Distributors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- PlantFEED reserves the right to terminate supply relationships at any time for breach or misuse.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials are the property of PlantFEED. No part may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
- PlantFEED's liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.
- PlantFEED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit, business, or crop failure.
12. Indemnity
The buyer agrees to indemnify PlantFEED against claims or losses arising from misuse, improper handling, or resale of products.

PlantFEED is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, supply disruptions, or government actions.
14. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
